By providing your phone number, you consent to receive recurring text messages (i.e., SMS and/or MMS), including messages that may be sent using an automated technology, to the provided phone number from or on behalf of Filmmaking Masters (“we” or “us”) and confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of this phone number and that you have the authority to consent to receive text messages at this phone number.

BY PROVIDING YOUR PHONE NUMBER, YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TEXTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (INCLUDING THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER SET FORTH IN THE
TERMS OF USE, WHICH ARE INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE. IN ARBITRATION, THERE IS NO JUDGE OR JURY AND THERE IS LESS DISCOVERY AND APPELLATE REVIEW THAN IN COURT.

If you do not agree to these Texting Terms and Conditions, you may not participate in our text message program.

  1. Message Frequency/Source. Text message frequency may vary. We reserve the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time, so as to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. We also reserve the right to change the short code or phone number from which messages are sent and will notify you if we do so.

  2. No Purchase Necessary. You understand that consent to receive text messages, including automated marketing text messages, is not a condition of purchase.

  3. Age Verification. By signing up, you confirm that you are over the age of 18.

  4. Automation. You understand that we may send mobile text messages using automated technology.

  5. Message Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless provider for additional information regarding applicable rates.

  6. Eligibility. Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported and our messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Please contact your wireless carrier to determine whether you are eligible to participate. We, our service providers and the mobile carriers that support our text program are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  7. Opt-Out. You may opt-out of our marketing text program at any time. To do so, text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to our short code. After texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT to our short code, you may receive additional communications confirming that your request has been processed.

  8. Scope of Opt-Out Requests. You acknowledge that our text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT keyword commands and agree that we, and our service providers, will have no liability for failing to honor such requests. If you opt out of our marketing text program, you understand that your opt-out will not constitute a “do not call” request. You understand that, if you opt out of our marketing text program, you may continue to receive marketing text messages from our affiliates through any other programs you have joined until you separately unsubscribe from those programs.

  10. Dispute Resolution. OurTerms of Use contain dispute resolution provisions, including an arbitration agreement, class action waiver, and jury trial waiver, that affect your rights. They set forth how we and you will resolve any disputes that might arise between us, including disputes related to or arising out of these Texting Terms and Conditions and text messages. Please read these provisions carefully.
